All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances and the nature of the service delivered.
✅ Eligible for Refund
- Order was not delivered within the promised timeframe
- Service delivered was significantly different from what was ordered
- Duplicate payment was charged for the same order
- Technical error caused an incorrect charge
- Order could not be fulfilled due to our limitations
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- Order has already been fully delivered and completed
- Change of mind after order is placed
- Drop in numbers due to platform algorithm changes
- Account was banned or restricted by the platform
- Incorrect URL or username was provided by the customer
- Violation of platform terms of service by the customer
Drop Guarantee & Refills
Many of our services come with a refill guarantee. If you notice a significant drop in the followers, likes, or views delivered within the guarantee period (typically 30 days), you may request a free refill.
Refills are not available for orders where the drop was caused by platform algorithm changes, account privacy settings, or actions taken on your account after the order was placed. Please contact us immediately if you notice a drop so we can assess and assist you.
